April programme for the University of KwaZulu-Natal’s Centre for Jazz.

The University’s Centre for Jazz holds regular get-togethers on Wednesdays from 17h30 to 19h00:

April 7: Amani Band (Congo) with Calvin Lubala on lead vocal, Didier Nakaya & Shukuru Moke (backing vocals); Gloire Mapenzi (guitar); Shandrack Moke (bass): Chris (keyboard), Toussaint Louis D’or (drums), and Paulin (conga).

April 28: Theo Bophela (piano); Nonhlala Dhlomo (vocals); Moses Fefatfa (tenor sax); Bheki Lutuli (trumpet); Jacob Filander (guitar); KB Maphulo (bass), and Zithulele Dlamini (drums).
