DAVID KAU FOR DURBAN

Popular top comedian for the Playhouse from August 25 to 28.

After sold-out shows at the Mandela stage at the Joburg Theatre in March and July, David Kau is coming to Durban for five shows. He will be at The Playhouse Drama with his new show I Should’ve Done These Jokes First, hosted by East Coast Radio.

David Kau’s career in the comedy circuit started ten years ago and in a very short time he was South Africa's representative at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, Canada in 2001. He performed in a show called Globecom alongside comedians from New Zealand, Australia, Europe and Canada.

His talent to make people laugh has made him one of South Africa’s top comedians, having performed in sold-out shows around the country and travelling internationally to perform his unique comedy. David Kau is also MC and co-producer of the very successful Blacks Only Comedy show brand that sells out every time to over 4,000 people per night in Johannesburg.

I Should’ve Done These Jokes First runs in the Playhouse Drama from August 25 to 28. Bookings through Computicket on 083 915 8000 or at www.computicket.com or through the Playhouse box-office on 031 369 9596.
