Wrestlerish makes its debut at the Old Mutual Music at the Lake concert series in the Durban Botanic Gardens. Wrestlerish is the brain child of songwriters Werner Olckers and Jacques du Plessis. Olckers plays guitar and du Plessis plays keyboards with David Grevier on bass and Gavin Flaks on drums.
The band has performed at various festivals around the country and having shared the stage with names like Johnny Clegg, Mango Groove and Valiant Swart, they are enjoying great appeal from large and diverse audiences. Since the release of their album The Rude Mechanical and a countrywide promotional tour, the music scene is buzzing with talk about the Wrestlerish sound.
