In association with Vintage Productions SA, The Pumpkin Theatre Club presents Born 2B Wild.
A fun show for everyone, this show will appeal to all ages. The music is taken from a variety of genres and spans decades. Through the eyes of researcher “Moenie-kaksoekie-met-Mariekie”, the show takes a fun, light-hearted musical journey through what women like – or dislike - about men and the differences between the genders.
The show will appeal to all those who are wild at heart and includes songs such as Bicycle, My Sharona, Hotstuff, Endless Love and Great Balls of Fire.
The show features a live band consisting of the talented Grant Halliday on drums, Bryan Rowe on bass, Musa Mtetwa on keyboards and Aaron Nel on male vocals and lead guitar. The band supports lead vocalists Shanthan Pillay, Alistair Andrews, Lucy McCann and Vanessa Moodley. “Mariekie” is played by Andrea Nel.
The show opens at the Pumpkin Theatre Club in Ballito on December 15 2010 and runs from December 15 to 18, December 22 to 24, December 29 to 31 as well as January 5 to 8 and January 12, 14 and 15. On alternate dates, Danny Fisher and guest will perform at the theatre.
