ICE-WORLD AT SUNCOAST

Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World is bringing Ice-World, the world’s most exciting mobile ice rink product, to Durban.

The rink features state-of-the-art lighting and projection, a full sound system, with live DJs, ice-artists and other entertainment.

There are themed evenings to look forward to, including The Ice House with live DJs on ice on Friday nights, Saturday nIce Fever and its 70’s themed disco nights on Saturday nights, and Deep Chill, Durban’s coolest grooves, on Sunday nights.

The rink will be fully monitored by ‘Ice-Angels’ who are always on-hand to offer help to beginners or those who need to brush up their skills. Special kids’ skate-aids and activities make this wonderful experience accessible to all ages.

Ice-World also offers free ‘Get Your Skates On!’ classes every morning from 08h45 to 09h15 and from 09h20 to 09h50. It’s the perfect way to experience ice-skating for the first time. These sessions will be on a first-come basis, so get there early.

There is also the option of hiring the rink exclusively for activities such as children’s parties and special corporate evenings. Also available are ‘Super-Skater’ discount packages for groups and families.

The IceWorld rink will be open from 10h00 to 22h00 every day until May 3. A first of its kind in Durban, it is situated in the upper parking area on the north side of the Suncoast complex, just behind the beach-front promenade and near the News Café entrance.
