NEWMAN & GEORGIADES

The Centre for Jazz & Popular Music, UKZN presents Steve Newman & Greg Hadjiyorki Georgiades this evening (May 10).

They also are members of the new enchanting Jika Nelanga eight-piece group which is about to release their new Turn With The Sun album featuring some stunning vocal work by Lu Dlamini and Zamo Mbutho.

Steve is well known for his work with the South African supergroup Tananas and collaborations with many top local and international musicians including Hilton Schilder, Errol Dyers in their All In One project as well as with longtime pal Tony Cox in The Return Of The Road Warriors.
