Sad news just received from artist Pascale Chandler of the death of Dan Cook, former art lecturer at Technikon Natal (now Durban University of Technology).
He was suffering from a heart condition and was admitted to hospital on October 13 with severe fibrillation of the heart. He passed away on Saturday night (October 15) at the age of 64.
