(This work by Nicole Pletts will be on the exhibition)The Elizabeth Gordon Gallery is gearing up to host an exhibition to celebrate COP17 being held in Durban for the first time.
The exhibition is entitled Durban – City for all Seasons and will open on November 30 to run through to Christmas.
Some 16 artists have enthusiastically taken up the challenge to paint something of the city whilst also bring into the theme the topic of climate change and green awareness.
“Durban people are always very receptive paintings of their surroundings,” says gallery owner Joy Reynolds.
