Starting the year off with a sparkling selection of classics, Christopher Duigan plays music that is effervescent, energetic and exuberant. A selection from Frederic Chopin’s glittering Waltzes, a sonata by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and a suite of dance movements by JS Bach and music from Claude Debussy and Sergei Rachmaninoff make up this great start to a new year of concerts.
“With a glass of bubbly in hand, this certainly a good note to start on!” says Duigan. “Don’t forget the new look music room at 35 Montgomery Drive has an all new inspiring and formal look that brings the performances there into a new dimension!”
This concert is presented by Music Revival on February 10 at 19h30 and on February 12 at 15h30. Tickets R100 include a glass of cap classique on arrival and coffee afterward.
