The Durban Men’s Choir has been in existence for 40 years, over which time it has entertained and given much joy to all who have listened to the choir and watched it perform.
The DMC is a non-profit organization that performs between 20 and 25 concerts per year, and consists of, on average, 38 members. All amateurs, they come from all walks of life. The choir’s Musical Director and Conductor is the multi-talented Norraine Swanby, the accompanist is Ryan Canning and the Assistant Conductor is Peter Spence.
The DMA is on a recruiting drive for new members and the dates of February 21 and 28 have been put aside for auditions. For more info contact info@durbanmenschoir.co.za
