DURBAN GAY & LESBIAN FILM FESTIVAL

Durban Gay & Lesbian Film Festival opens on May 17 accompanied by a visual arts exhibition.

The opening film will be Between Love & Goodbye, accompanied by the short comedy What You Looking At? and the South African documentary Paving Forward).

Taking the theme of Durban Gay & Lesbian Film Festival a group exhibition curated by the KZNSA will run in the Main, Mezzanine and Park Galleries from May 17 to 28. Additional live music performances and performing arts will compliment the festival line up. The inaugural 2011 DGLFF was hailed a critical success, with the event reaching out across gender, economic and geographic diversities, as
well as sexual orientations

The festival opens at 18h00 on May 17 followed by the film, short comedy and documentary at 20h00. All welcome. The festival and exhibition are PG 18.
