Enjoy an evening of classical piano music with crackling fire, hearty soup and mulled wine this weekend in Pietermaritzburg.
Presented by Music Revival, this represents a long-awaited and much requested programme of substantial classical piano masterpieces. For this special concert, Christopher Duigan plays a piano recital that balances various styles, colours and moods in a programme that includes Sonatas by Scarlatti, the Sonata Pathetique op 13 by Ludwig van Beethoven, Impromptus by Franz Schubert, selections from Claude Debussy's seductive Images and music by Ginestera.

June 15 and 16 at 19h30: R100 includes refreshments on arrival and coffee. Add R20 to enjoy a light meal, served from 18h30. Bring your own additional wine to enjoy with your meal, or afterwards. Music Revival operates a 'long table' policy for the light meal. Individual tables (minimum four people) will be accommodated on request, where possible.
