The Expressions Sessions festival
culminates on October 6 at the Pieter Scholtz Open Air
Theatre (UKZN) with the Life Check All
Elements Battle of the Year. This is the 7th edition of the competition and
includes a city wide freestyle event that includes breakdancing, graffiti art,
beat writing and freestyle emceeing. There are prizes for 1st and 2nd place. Don’t
miss this chance of seeing some of the city’s best youth culture performances
and creations.
The Battle begins at 13h00 and those wishing to enter need to
register 10h00 and 12noon at the venue. Entrance is free!
