My apologies.  - artSMart should have been carrying reviews from the Witness Hilton Arts Festival since it opened on Friday but I have been experiencing major problems. First of all, the inability to get online at Hilton and secondly, because my blogging template was changed without warning and my main computer does not seem to be compatible with the requirements.
