Zookey Vutela – the unique Durban diva who commands the
airwaves at Gagasi FM from Teatime to Lunchtime (between 09h00 and 12 noon) -
will be pressing the red button for the R40 million Lotto draw on national
television on Saturday, March 30.
“I am a dreamer who enjoys watching dreams come true – for
me and for others. I believe in happily-ever-afters in real life and movies,”
she says. This month she has added television to that list with no less than
three appearances in March - Top Billing,
Eastern Mosaic and now the Lotto.
Zookey hit the radio scene in KwaZulu Natal with a very
brief stint as a receptionist at one local radio station. From there, she moved
into Marketing and then found her niche behind the mic at Gagasi FM.
