CAT Workshops - for Creative Arts Teachers –
will take place in Pietermaritzburg at the Tatham Art Gallery from May 7 to 9. The
facilitators comprise a group of experienced art educators from Cape Town.
The aim of this valuable series of
workshops, which has been sponsored by SANTAM, is to inspire arts and culture
teachers and give them hands-on experience in art, drama and music. The
workshops are free to creative teachers and facilitators but booking is
essential. The same group will experience all three disciplines and need to be
present on all three days.
The deadline for booking is April 30, 2013.
The workshops will take place from May 7 to
9 at the Tatham Art Gallery, Chief Albert Luthuli (Commercial) Road, opposite the
Pietermaritzburg City Hall. Refreshments will be available from to 14h30 to 15h00
with the Revolving Workshops taking place from 15h00 to 17h00.
