Series 8 of the popular NCIS is screened on Mondays on DStv at 20h00.
The top-notch cast is led by Mark Harmon as
Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs. His team comprises DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly),
McGee (Sean Murray) and Ziva (Cote de Pablo). The forensic team includes the
Chief Medical Examiner "Ducky" Mallard (David McCallum), his
assistant Jimmy (Brian Dietzen), who replaced Gerald Jackson and the delightful
and whacky forensic specialist Abby (Pauley Perrette).
Action, investigation and wisecracks are
the order of the day as the brave agents, whose latest batch of investigations
aren’t made any easier when they’re obliged to undergo psychological
evaluations by Dr Rachel Cranston who herself turns out to have other
connections to the unit. An international incident - and severed body parts in
a purse - are among the other challenges they face.
