We Are The Champions is the tribute of all tributes, as Barnyard Theatre celebrates the music of the some of the greatest pop icons of all time - Michael Jackson, Elton John, Tina Turner, Pink and Freddie Mercury.

All these unforgettable names on one stage, in one show, singing #1 hits from the last five decades of pop and rock music. These artists have dominated the charts and influenced the world immensely, so can be referred to as “champions of the world” and the music industry.

The show features a nine-piece cast, and the lead vocalists look like, sound like and pay tribute to these incredible artists with passion, soul and authenticity.

Experience the vibrancy of Pink performed by Yvette Barnard with hits such as Raise Your Glass, Perfect, So What, Just Like a Pill and Sober.

The pop maestro skills of Elton John are performed by Rainer Jadischke, who is a pianist and vocalist extraordinaire, paying tribute to songs such as Crocodile Rock, Sad Songs, Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me, I’m Still Standing and Candle In The Wind.

Samantha Tirivacho as Tina Turner brings the soul and passion of the Queen of Rock with hits like River Deep Mountain High, Proud Mary, (Simply) The Best, Nutbush City Limits and What’s Love Got to Do With It.

Jonothan Didlick plays the flamboyant role of Freddie Mercury, portraying the glitz and glamour of this amazing vocalist with the hits like Somebody To Love, A Kind Of Magic, Another One Bites The Dust and Bohemian Rhapsody.

Danny Goodman plays the role of Michael Jackson, bearing an uncanny resemblance to this pop icon. Experience a world class performance with his hits, including Billie Jean, Beat It, Can You Feel It and Black or White

The band consists of Andy Murray on guitar and vocals, Andre Byleveld on bass guitar, Dylan van der Linde on drums and Kirsty Madgin on saxophone.
