Will Smith (Men in Black, Wild Wild West) stars alongside his daughter Willow
in this well-made post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller. He plays New York City’s
sole human survivor, who has immunity from the plague that wiped out most of
the population and transformed the rest into mutant monsters. Now he’s in a
race against time to find a cure and reverse the effects of the virus – using
his own blood.
Directed by Francis Lawrence (2007), the
film scooped several awards, including a Saturn Award, MTV Movie Award and Teen
Choice Award for Smith.
