(Skye
Wanda)
On the UKZN’s Centre for Jazz and Popular
Music’s special women’s week “Twosday”, the programme will present urban
songstress Skye Wanda on August 6.
Skye Wanda is known as “The South African
version of Lauren Hill meets Queen Latifah”. She composes relevant heartfelt
lyrics that are inspired by love, social ills and happiness. She sees her music

vocals for Pastor Andile ka Majola, Sambulo Nkwanyana, and others.
Some of Skye Wanda’s highlights include
performing at City Hall, Oppikoppi, The Playhouse, Splashy Fen, Capello’s, Zulu
Jazz Lounge and Fashion TV.
