St Anne’s College in Hilton is justifiably
proud of the success of one of their matric girls, Naledi Majola, who was recently announced as a recipient of
one of the ACT/DALRO/Nedbank Performing Arts Scholarships for 2013.
“Naledi was placed
1st out of six finalists chosen via a country-wide audition process,” explains St Anne’s Theatre Director, Lynn Chemaly. “The finalists experienced a gruelling week
of rehearsals and a tough final round in which they had to sing, dance and act
in front of a live audience, judged by theatre professionals from the industry."
