(Jerome Pernoo & Jerome Ducros)
Friends of Music will host a recital
tonight (November 26)
with Jerome Pernoo on cello and Jerome Ducros on piano. They have enjoyed international
acclaim for many years.
Jerome
Ducros is not only known as a composer but also an accomplished pianist. Jerome
Pernoo plays on a cello created by Franck Ravatin. Their programme will include
works by Bach, Ducros, Beethoven and Schostakovich.

Distribution Trust Fund, the Prelude Performer for the evening will be Blake Perryman on violin
performing Hungarian Dance No.5 by
Johannes Brahms and Czardas by V.
Monti. He will be accompanied by Deidre du Toit.
The
recital takes place at 19h45 this evening at the Durban Jewish Centre. Tickets
R70 (FOM members R60/R20 orchestral and students). The Durban Jewish Centre is
situated at 44 Old Fort (K.E. Masinga) Road, Durban. There is safe parking. More
