Coming up for one night only on January 31
is Indian Comedy Kings 2014 featuring the hilarious talents of Neville Pillay,
Henry Ramkissoon, Afzal Khan, and Koobeshan Naidoo.
This comedy show brings together some of
the hottest names in local comedy for a spicy side splittingly funny, laugh a
minute "one night only" extravaganza.
While standup comedy has grown in leaps and
bounds locally, the rise of the "Indian comedy" genre has been
nothing short of phenomenal. Indian comedy is thought to have its own unique
flavour and style and those who have excelled in this genre have often gone on
to enjoy cross-over and mainstream appeal.
