Siwela Sonke Dance Theatre (SSDT) is a
professional award-winning dance theatre company based in Durban. Since its
inception in 1994, it has become one of the leading dance companies in South
Africa, producing and touring work nationally and internationally.
Siwela Sonke seeks a new Company
Administrator. The post plays a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient
running of Siwela Sonke’s day to day operations and the successful candidate
will be required to work collaboratively with the Permanent Company and
Artistic Director, Jay Pather.

Remuneration: R15 000 per month (gross with
no additional benefits)
Location: Durban Central
Education Level: Tertiary (Diploma or
Degree)
Reports To: Artistic Director
Contract Period: 1 year (possibility of
extension)
Hours: 40-44 hours per week (Monday to
Saturday).
Experience with Section 21 (not for profit
companies) companies will be a strong recommendation
