NCIS DEBUTS ON SONY

If you haven’t been a follower of, NCIS, one of the USA’s most-watched drama series, you can catch Season 1 every Monday on Sony Television at 20h00 from April.

This popular, highly rated Emmy®-nominated drama series follows the Naval Criminal Investigative Service’s major case response team, under the leadership of Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon).

Gibbs is a tough investigator and skilled interrogator, and his colourful team includes a womanising ex-homicide detective, a former Mossad agent and a computer geek, assisted by a Goth lab technician and an eccentric medical examiner. Together, these special agents travel the globe to solve cases involving Navy and Marine staff – from murder and espionage to terrorism and stolen submarines.

Viewers are in for a double dose of forensic intrigue every Tuesday, when a double bill of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is broadcast. This vintage Emmy®-winning series trawls the seedy underbelly of Las Vegas, where murder most foul offsets the façade of glitz and glamour.

This season, investigators Gil Grissom (William Petersen), Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenberger) and the team investigate two bodies found in the boot of a car, the murder of a young movie star, the mass suicide of a religious cult and the mysterious death of a man with excessive body hair.
