The latest sensational Tamil film Madras has been released by Sterkinekor
and is running at Gateway in Durban.
The film features Karthi Sivakumar and Catherine Theresa in
the lead roles. Written and directed by Pa.Ranjith and produced by Studio
Green, the film speaks about the people and their lifestyle in North Chennai.
Their lives, celebrations and politics are narrated in a pragmatic way and
registered with reality. Editing and cinematography is handled by K.Praveen and
G.Murali respectively. The film's soundtrack and background score were composed
by Santhosh Narayanan.
