THE GREATEST HITS

Rory McLaren is back in South Africa and back in town, after five years of show-stopping performances internationally and sold out performances on three continents!

McLaren's new show, The Greatest Hits will showcase all the standing ovation moments. Expect to hear hits from Queen, Elvis, Abba, Bee Gees, Pavarotti, Groban, Bublé, the Musicals and more...

This East London-based artist started playing the piano and singing at the age of five. At 16 he received a distinction from the Royal School of Music. Rory was 18 when he wrote a song called Treasure Your Love, which went on to become a number 1 hit in the Eastern Cape for six consecutive weeks. This led to a recording contract with EMI Records. He relocated to JHB in 1997, where he performed extensively for several years. This was followed by several show contracts in the Middle East and Europe.

In every performance, McLaren incorporates his ability on the piano, showcasing himself as a multi-talented entertainer. He has fronted tribute shows of Queen and Elvis, and his tributes to Josh Groban and Michael Bublé have been critically acclaimed.

Shows take place from November 21 to 23 with Friday and Saturday shows at 20h00 and Sunday’s shows at 14h00 and 18h30. The venue opens 90 minutes before show for picnic dinner. Tickets R120 (R100 pensioners).
