The 2015 Concert Series of Baroque 2000 will start on March
29 at the Church of the Mariannhill Monastery
The opening concert will include Johann Joseph Fux’s Overture
in G minor; Georg Philipp Telemann’s Concerto for violin, trumpet and cello; George
Frideric Handel’s Concerto Grosso Op 3 No 1, and Johann Sebastian Bach’s Overture
suite in D Major |No 3.
2015 Season subscriptions are now available at a cost is of
R960 for eight concerts. This will secure a reserved and preferred seat
throughout the Season. Contact 082 303 5241 and a seating plan can be sent on
request. Subscribers of the previous Seasons will have priority in the choice
of their seats.
