The final concert in the KZN
Philharmonic Orchestra’s Summer season will take place this evening (March 26)
The conductor will be Dmitry
Yablonsky with soloists Janna Gandelman (violin), Dmitry Yablonsky (cello), Oxana
Yablonsky (piano) featuring in Beethoven’s Concerto for Violin, Violoncello
& Piano. Other works on the programme include Prokofiev’s Classical
Symphony, Op. 25 and the 1945 version of Stravinsky’s The Firebird: Suite.
The concert takes place at 19h30 tonight
(March 26) in the Durban City Hall.
