Opening tonight (Wednesday, March 18) at 18h00 for 18h30 is Artisan
Gallery’s first exhibition of the year. The theme Line has inspired the participating artists to respond creatively
in a wide variety of exciting and different interpretations - not only drawings
and graphic works, but also photography, paintings and three-dimensional
pieces. The exhibition will run till the end of April.
Also showing at Artisan are cuttlefish which have been
delicately carved into sculptural works of art by Stephen Hughes. Seahorses,
octopi and crabs are among the subject matter of these unusual framed
sculptures.
