House music sensation Mi Casa promise to “bring the house
down” with their chart-topping hits on March 15 at the Old Mutual Music at the
Lake series. It goes without saying music lovers will be on their feet,
grooving to the endless sounds of J’Something, Dr Duda and Mo-T.
Deep house fanatics will also be in for a treat as the
opening act for the afternoon will be DJ Bhashkar. He admits he is no stranger to the Durban deep
house scene and has played at numerous clubs and parties around the country. Dj
Bhaskar promises to set the tone and kick start what would be a Sunday
afternoon jam in autumn.
The OLD MUTUAL MUSIC AT THE LAKE concert takes place on
March 15 at 15h00 at The Durban Botanic Gardens, 9A Zikhale (Sydenham) Road,
Durban. Gates open at 13h00 for pre-sold tickets and at 13h30 for on-the-day
ticket sales. Tickets R140 available online at www.webtickets.co.za or R160 on the day.
Children aged 8 to 12 pay R60 (under 8’s are free). All children are welcome at
the KidZone for some extra fun and games. Drinks, cooler boxes and picnic
baskets are welcome
Secure parking is available on the Juventus ground. Entrance
to all parking is off lower John Zikhale (Sydenham) Road, adjacent to the
Botanic Gardens and the Munies Hockey Field also off lower John Zikhale (Sydenham)
Road.
