The AUC (Actors Unemployed Company) returns to the Rhumbelow
Theatre these Easter holidays with a brand new show for the whole family.
Titled Penelope
Pixie’s Birthday Adventure, it features Marc Kay, Sarah Richard and Rowan
Bartlett. Directed by Bryan Hiles and with original music written by Dale
Scheepers, it offers fun for the whole family – filled with song, dance,
comedy, action and excitement.
It’s Penelope Pixie’s birthday… and she wants to go on an
adventure! Along with her best friend, Gary the Goblin, who knows what she’ll
encounter when she travels up Magic Mountain? Especially once they meet Barry
Boulderfist!
Penelope Pixie’s
Birthday Adventure is “suitable for ages 4 to 104” and promises to be the
highlight of the Easter holiday season! Above all… the show is entirely
loadshedding-proof! Show times have been planned around the load shedding
schedule as follows:
Shows at 09h30: March 31; April 1; April 3 to 8, April 10
and 11
Shows at 14h00: March
30; April 2; April 9; and April 12
