Entries are beginning to trickle in for the 2015 edition of
The Fabulous Picture Show at the Tatham Art Gallery. Organised by the Friends
of the Tatham Art Gallery (FOTAG), this major annual fundraiser will be held in
November, and FOTAG is again appealing to artists to donate an original,
unframed artwork which will then be auctioned to raise money for the gallery’s
acquisitions programme.
Pictured above, Pietermaritzburg artist Beauty Sekete – the
first to donate a work this year – shows her fabric piece entitled The Eagle has Landed! The title relates
to the fact that this is the first fabric work she has done after a long break.

date of the FPS auction. And artists who are keen to get involved, can find the

The FOTAG Fabulous Picture
Show 2015 runs from November 15 to 20 in the Main Exhibition Room of the
Tatham Art Gallery in Pietermaritzburg (opposite the City Hall).
