Take Five, is back with a brand new gem. You can expect to hear songs that have stood the test of time, presented with a Take Five twist.

Rhumbelow Theatre in Durban will present Take Five in Timeless featuring Shelley McLean, Tory Du Plessis, Tammy Saville, Haylea Hounsome and Chloe Clark.

Following on from their highly acclaimed show Hot for Harmony, KZN's sizzling vocal sensation, Take Five is back with a brand new gem. Aptly titled Timeless, audiences can expect to hear songs that have stood the test of time, presented with a Take Five twist. From Carole King and Carly Simon to Simon and Garfunkel and Sting, the show promises a kaleidoscope of music with more than a hint of harmony.

Featuring tight harmony arrangements of some contemporary music stars, as well as a few timeless classics, the Take Five songbirds promise a programme of listening pleasure. Expect to hear a little bit of everything, from pop to musical theatre, classical to jazz.

Timeless runs from September 11 to 13 with shows on Friday and Saturday at 20h00 (Sunday at 14h00 and 18h30. The venue opens 90 minutes before show for picnic dinner.

Tickets R120 (R100 pensioners and tables of eight or more). Take along food picnic baskets. Braais will be available. There is limited secure parking and booking is essential. A cash bar is available (no alcohol may be brought on to the premises). Rhumbelow Durban is situated in Cunningham Avenue off Bartle Road in Umbilo.
