ESSENWOOD MARKET HALLOWEEN FUN



The Essenwood Saturday morning market is hosting The Saturday Scare – a fun morning Halloween themed events for families on October 31 in Berea Park.

The Saturday Scare includes trick or treating, and a costume competition. Entry is free and there will be loads of delicious goodies on the go. There will be cash prizes and vouchers up for grabs for the winners of the costume competition, so make sure to dress up so you don’t miss out.

There will be costumes on sale for those who wish to support small local business.There will be pony rides, carnival rides, a soft-toy playground for the littlies, and a normal playground for the older kids as well as the regular kiddies craft corner. Super talented face painters will also be there to add to the experience. And all children who enter will get their very own “Trick or Treat” bag.

Registration closes at 11h00 on Saturday; Children who wish to enter must be dressed in costume; entrance is free.
