The 4th edition of the conference, entitled, #creativeintersections – an interactive
experience, will be presented at the UJ Arts Centre at the University of
Johannesburg on March 16 and 17, 2016. The conference will explore the creative
industry and creativity by stimulating thought across different disciplinary
boundaries.
“At ACT we see more and more artists being partial to interdisciplinarity
when it comes to their creative production. This concept, however far from new,
presents vast potential for other areas of creative practice too,” remarks
Pieter Jacobs, CEO of ACT.
The conference organisers invite proposals of innovative creative
and business case studies and research that demonstrate the potential
interdisciplinary activity holds for online publication during the
#creativeintersections conference.
