Durban’s annual adult pantomime for 2015 over the festive
season is the age-old story of Aladdin
Grey St which comes to a new panto venue: the Centenary Room at Greyville
Racecourse.
Written and directed by Darren King, Aladdin Grey St promises to be a bumper offering of good old-fashioned
belly laughs. With an amazing cast, headed by panto regular, Anthony Stonier
who plays Widow Twanky, the cast comprises Darren Maule (Genie of the Lamp); TQ
Zondi (Aladdin); Rowan Bartlett (Princess Jasmine); Mpilo ‘Straw’ Nzimande
(Genie of the Ring; Katy Moore (Evil Sultana); and Clinton Small
(Watch-Mi-Wanky).
Aladdin Grey St runs
in the Centenary Room, Greyville Racecourse from November 10 to December 30
with performances from Tuesdays to Saturdays at 19h30 with extra shows on Saturdays
at 14h00. The doors open 90 minutes early for dining.
There are a wide selection of dining options / corporate
packages and a full bar service. Tickets range from R130 to R170. Booking is at
