The Judging Panel includes Stavros Anthias, Musa Hlatshwayo, Glynis Horning, Debbie Lutge, Sally Scott, Caroline Smart, Billy Suter, Jean van Elden and Janet Whelan. The awards are administered by Peter Taylor.
