American Crime Story: The People v O.J. Simpson airs on FOX International

The courtroom drama is based on Jeffrey Toobin’s book, The Run of His Life: The People v O J
Simpson and has John Travolta as Robert Shapiro, Cuba Gooding Jr in the
role of O J Simpson, and David Schwimmer as Robert Kardashian.
Gooding Jr, who portrays the former NFL star during his
1994-95 trial for the alleged murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and
her friend Ron Goldman, revealed on a recent FX Winter TCA Press Tour to People
magazine (USA):
"I know what incarceration does to a man. I have friends
and family who have been incarcerated. They click and they start to believe
whatever it is that they believe as the real thing that happened to them.He
wasn't that. He was this flamboyant, charismatic, movie star, marquee-athlete.
I needed that arrogance. That was where my focus was."
The chaotic, behind-the-scenes dealings inside the O J
Simpson trial offers viewers a riveting look at the legal teams battling to
convict or acquit the football legend of double homicide.
