Acceptance is a new
exhibition running at the Loading Bay Gallery.
Among the large line up of artists Michele Davidson, Jenny
Parsons, Akiko Nakaji, Georgina Taylor, Vulindlela Nyoni, Melody French, Jane
Alexander, Jeannie Kinsler, Terence King, Pascale Chandler, Grace Kotze, Deidre
Maree, Louise Jennings, Nikhil Tricam, Ashley Viljoen, Anne-Marie Nason,
Celeste Bredin and Joan Martin.
The group includes a highly diverse mix of materials from
wood, wax and oil pint, mixed medium, acrylic paint, works on paper and
ceramics. Likewise, the subject varies greatly from the seductive material of
paint holding the content to the naturalistic depiction of an object carrying
the main value of the work.
Acceptance runs
until March 20 at the Loading Bay Gallery, 15 Station Drive, Durban (housed in
Con Amore Home). The Gallery is open Tuesdays to Sundays. More information
