Taking art lovers at the Elizabeth Gordon Gallery further
afield from the hills of KwaZulu-Natal, are artists John Smith and Robert
Domijan, with their landscapes of the Karoo and the Cape. Their paintings move
along deserted roads, through old towns and quaint villages. Derelict farm
sheds and cottages make us aware of the mark of man on the landscape and give
us a true reflection of SA, whilst conjuring up images of spaces frozen in
time.
