M-Net Movies Premiere DStv Channel 103 will screen Spy tomorrow (April 17) at 20h30. Directed
by Paul Feig in 2015, the movie stars Melissa McCarthy, Jason Statham and Rose
Byrne.
Melissa McCarthy, who plays an FBI agent who swaps her
desk for a gun, became a Hollywood
superstar without possessing the attributes that seem to be the first
requirements of success: a perfect body and a pretty face. What she does have
is an abundance of talent.
An FBI operative, who understands the agency’s workings
better than anyone but has no experience as a field agent, is assigned to a
mission that can save thousands of lives: she must help track a suitcase
nuclear device. Not easy: One of her colleagues has killed the only person who
