On April 19, two
great names in local music will appear for the Maritzburg Musicians Club at La
Casa.
South-African songwriters Rowan Stuart and Ruby Gill cross
paths on each of their national tours to bring the MMC a night of great
entertainment!
Stuart and Gill will each deliver an emotional yet highly
professional act. Gill, who has been building a name for herself in Johannesburg,
has embarked on her final "home" tour in and around KZN before she
sets sail to foreign shores. Stuart, who has created an inimitable brand of
folk music, with pop and world influences, joins the MMC on the tail end of his
national tour which has been greatly received by audiences in The Free State,
Eastern Cape and Western Cape.
Stuart and Gill will appear on April 19 at La Casa, the home
of the Maritzburg Musicians Club. Entrance R40. Doors open at 19h00 for 20h00. La
Casa (formerly The Red Door) is situated in Quarry Road, off Victoria Road, in
