The next presentation in St Clement’s Mondays at Six
programme will take place on June 6 with a pop-up-performance of poems by Marí
Peté with an exhibition of sketches by Dina Cormick
Peté will perform poems from her third collection. Her
presentation has been described as “imaginative, with a whimsical quality and a
touch of pathos." Brian Pearce (PhD, Lond.) Deputy Dean, Arts and Design,
DUT. The book will be on sale for R150.
St Clements is
situated at 191 Musgrave Road. Mondays @ Six run between 18h00 and 19h00. Table
bookings are essential on 031 202 2511. There is no cover charge but there is a
donations box to support presenters.
