Thursday Girls is
an exhibition running in the Corridor space of artSPACE durban.
Participating artists are Ritha Fenske, Hazel Nunes, Anne
Dunne, Brenda Pratt and Patricia McCann. All are members of USCAA – the Upper
South Coast Art Association.
“We get our name from the fact that we meet on Thursdays to
paint. We spend three hours of bliss in each other’s company in Amanzimtoti –
discussing technique, painting, exploring new mediums and experimenting with
virtually everything!” they explain.
Thursday Girls runs
until August 18 at artSPACE durban, 3 Millar Road (off Umgeni Road) close to
