The ever-innovative Twist organisation launches an exciting
new concept in January – the Fresha Festival.
This is an open-air theatre festival on Durban’s beachfront
that will run from January 20 to 22.
“The concept behind the festival is to take theatre out to
the people, rather than trying to bring people into the theatre.
“There is a variety of exciting productions on offer at the
festival, and we welcome back to Durban Isil Vos and Gerard Olthaar from the
Netherlands, who will be working with the Twist groups to create new work for
the festival,” say the organisers.
