Umlazi-based Sifiso Mthethwa is the
Creative Director of Vision Faces and was recently disappointed by sponsors to
attend the 2017 Confed Cup in Russia.
“However, another opportunity has opened
for Dance Africa Dance (African celebration) in Canada. promoting African
unity, sharing different cultures, music, dance and our stories while fighting
against xenophobia.”
Mthethwa was recently in Gauteng in order
to try secure sponsorship for appearing at Dance Africa Dance. He successfully
secure venues in Canada to perform the production in two theatres,
- Cairns Recital Hall from October 7 to 12
-Partridge Hall from October 13 to 15
