ZEE TV’S DANCE INDIA DANCE



Dance India Dance Season 6 dances its way back to Zee TV on DStv Channel 452 this November. Airing each Saturday and Sunday at 19h30 from November 4, the highly popular show makes stars out of extraordinary previously untapped youth talent of India

Zee TV once again gives each contestant a platform to pursue their passion for dance, hone their skills and etch their future. The dynamic trio of judges, Masters Marzi Pestonji, Mudassar Khan and Mini Pradhan bring in a fresh outlook and encourage the contestants to put their best foot forward throughout the season.

Marzi Pestonji (Master Marzi) is a Jazz and Contemporary dancer and choreographer, who is best known for judging Zee TV’s reality dance show Dance India Dance Doubles, Dance India Dance Lil Masters & Super Moms, IIFA & Filmfare awards. She has also performed in blockbuster movies such as Rab ne Bana di Jodi, Dhoom 2 and Bunty aur Babli etc.

Mudassar Khan came into the limelight for choreographing a song in Salman Khan’s film Dabanng. He has since been a choreographer in other movies like Ready (2011 film), Bodyguard, Bol Bachchan, Ishkq in Paris and Boss among many others.

The third judge will be choreographer Mini Pradhan. She is a Classical Dancer and choreographer who has assisted several famous choreographers such as Saroj Khan, Farah Khan and Vaibhavi Merchant. Mini Pradhan has the movie song Dhoom Tana from Om Shanti Om to add to her list of credits.

DID6 will be hosted by Sahil Khattar, a popular youtube star and an enthusiastic anchor Amruta Khanvilkar, a noted Zee favourite having made her debut in the television industry with Zee Cine stars Ki Khoj on Zee TV. Sahil is loved and known for his ability to interact & bring out the best responses out of the common man.

Amruta featured in the film industry with Golmaal and again went on to do her first Zee studios film called Saade Maade Teen. She was also a contestant on Zee’s Eka Peksha Ek where she made her big break and reached millions of hearts and homes.
