The
Last Country is a heart-wrenching play about the
lives of four migrant women in Durban which was created and performed last year
at the Denis Hurley Centre. It is the product of collaboration between DUT's
Urban Futures Centre and Empatheatre (who also created the 2016 play Ulwembu about street drug users).
