International choreographers, Betty Rox and
Amy Morgan (whose credits include Rihanna, Kendrik Lamar and Beyonce) are
giving dance workshops (Jazz and Hip Hop) next weekend at the Durban Exhibition
Centre.
The choreographers are being brought to
Durban by Power In Dance and UNITY South Africa (Durban’s new performing arts
promotion platform) as part of UNITY’s on-going programme of international
workshops aimed to improve the skills of local dancers, actors, musicians and
vocalists, artists, production teams etc.
The Workshops will be preceded by the
official media launch of UNITY, which will take the form of a half-hour
inter-active performance session featuring up-and coming UNITY actors, dancers,
vocalists, fashion designers and artists.
The Workshops take place on March 18 in Hall
6 at the Durban Exhibition Centre as follows:
